Joli Lenuso

Joli Ienuso is a dynamic educator and learning strategist with over a decade of experience in adult education, curriculum design, and inclusive leadership development. A Columbia alum with a Master’s in Education in Human Sexuality, Jo previously spent five years supporting students as a Prevention Educator with Columbia’s Sexual Violence Response. For PDL, they now teach workshops on feedback and the inner critic, blending trauma-informed pedagogy, emotional intelligence, and anti-oppressive frameworks. Jo creates practical, engaging learning spaces that build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and transform how people communicate and lead.
