Michael Goldstein

Michael J. Goldstein is a partner at Goldstein and Cheung LLP. Admitted to the New York state bar in 2010, Mr. Goldstein practices general immigration law, with a focus on family and business immigration.  He also works closely with academic institutions, international students and scholars, extraordinary, and professional nonimmigrants (F-1, J-1, O-1, H-1B, TN, E-3 etc.). 

Mr. Goldstein is a frequent presenter on immigration law topics at professional conferences including NAFSA conferences, One To World network meetings, as well as at college and university campuses throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
