Sneha Jaikumar is a graduate student in Data Science at Columbia University with a background in computer science and neuroscience. Her interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, and human-centered technology. Before Columbia, she worked as a Systems Engineer, focusing on infrastructure and disaster recovery, and previously worked on emerging technologies including the Apple Vision Pro. Through her work and research, she has explored applications of machine learning across healthcare, robotics, and interactive technologies. As a PDL Fellow, she hopes to connect with peers, develop as a leader, and explore how technical expertise can be translated into meaningful real-world impact. Outside of work, you can find Sneha exploring dance workshops in the city or biking by the West Side Highway.
